Our next meeting is on Monday 3rd March 2014 in the usual place: The Draft House, Tower Bridge.
If you have any news items that you’d like to bring to the Group, then please let Pete know in advance. Similarly. if you have a brewing question for the Q&A section that you’d like to be answered by the Group, would you please submit it as soon as possible. It will then be added it to the agenda and put to the group during the meeting.
This month we have a brewer who was trained at Harriot Wyatt University to talk to us about getting a formal brewing education. It will be a short talk which means we would still like someone from the group to summarise Smoked & Wood aged beers for us. This will then lead into our judging of the entries for the CBA inter club competition. If there is anyone who would like to break down this category for us that would be much appreciated.

Please let Pete know if you are bringing a beer for tasting. We will again try the new tasting format and see how it goes.
