Note the date! Our next online meeting will take place at 19:00-22:00 on 27th February 2023 – we’ll run the meeting over Zoom and it’s open to anyone from the home brewing community to join in on, please just jump in.
This month we will be talking about Historic London Brown Ale, or Southern English Brown, the lower alcohol, sweeter version of Brown Ale.
Peter Symons will be doing a presentation on the history of the style as well as some historical recipes, and then James will lead us through a discussion of the BJCP style guide.
