Our next online meeting will take place at 19:00-22:00 on 17th April 2023 – we’ll run the meeting over Zoom and it’s open to anyone from the home brewing community to join in on, please just jump in.
This month we’ll be having an open discussion on the subject of ‘Modifying finished beer’, covering wood aging, adding other bugs or ingredients and ice distillation.
