This month we will be assessing the results of our speciality malt trial. Ben Fields will be giving us an insight into the malting process after which we will be assessing the results of the trial brews..
If you have any news items that you’d like to bring to the Group, then please let Paul know in advance. Similarly. if you have a brewing question for the Q&A section that you’d like to be answered by the Group, would you please submit it to Paul at least a week in advance. It will then be added it to the agenda and put to the group during the meeting.
