This month Tom Johnstone will give us a talk on Belgian and French ales. This will be followed by our internal competition to select LAB’s entry to round 2 of the Craft Brewers’ Association Club Competition, which will feature Belgian and French Ales (BJCP category 16).
If you have any news items that you’d like to bring to the Group, then please let Paul know in advance. Similarly, if you have a brewing question for the Q&A section that you’d like to be answered by the Group, would you please submit it to Paul as soon as possible. It will then be added it to the agenda and put to the group during the meeting.
