Our next meeting is on Monday 6th January 2014 in the usual place: The Draft House, Tower Bridge.
This month will be a talk on kegging.
If you have any news items that you’d like to bring to the Group, then please let Pete know in advance. Similarly. if you have a brewing question for the Q&A section that you’d like to be answered by the Group, would you please submit it as soon as possible. It will then be added it to the agenda and put to the group during the meeting.

We are going to try a new approach to the tasting session this month. We’ll be splitting into 2 separate groups with the aim being that individual beers are given more time and attention, brewers get more personal and meaningful feedback, we do away with the restriction on the numbers we can bring for tasting and reduce the number of bottles needed from each individual. So, for this to work, we need to bring beers in but only 2-3 bottles for each beer. Please let Pete know if you are bringing a beer for tasting.

The Draft House are very kindly giving us a 10% discount on our drinks, so don’t forget to ask for it.
