Our next meeting is on Monday 2nd June 2014 at Anspach & Hobday Brewery, 118 Druid Street SE1 2HH.
If you have any news items that you’d like to bring to the Group, then please let Pete know in advance. Similarly. if you have a brewing question for the Q&A section that you’d like to be answered by the Group, would you please submit it as soon as possible. It will then be added it to the agenda and put to the group during the meeting.
This month Rich Lock will be talking to us about controlling fermentation temperature. We will also be judging the Magna Carta beers with Windsor & Eton Brewery. For those of you who have entries please bring no less than one litre (2x 500ml bottles, 3x 330ml bottles) of your entry, more if you can carry it.
