Our February meeting will be at UBrew on Monday, 05 February.
This month Peter Symons, author of “Bronzed Brews: Homebrewing Old Australian Beers” (http://prstemp.wixsite.com/tritun-books) will present to us on “Origins and Evolution of Australian Sparkling Ale”.
Some commercial examples may be made available for sampling, and we invite homebrewers to bring their own attempts (BJCP 12B) for comparison. A collection will be organised if commercial varieties are used in the presentation.
If you wish to bring along some beer to be tasted by the group, please bring along at least 2L, and have some basic notes handy. It is helpful if you notify us in advance, on our forum, or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as time is limited.
If you have any news items that you’d like to talk about, bring them to the group. Similarly, if you have a brewing question for the Q&A section that you’d like to be answered by the group bring it along and we’ll discuss it.
