Our December meeting will be on Monday 3rd December at UBrew
Richard will be reporting on his extensive work on small-scale kegging and regulators. This is becoming an increasingly interesting and relevant field, as more people move away from bottles.
This meeting will also be our traditional extreme beer day, where members can bring along beers to taste that push the envelope in some way, whether in style, process, flavour, ingredients, or just ones that have gone extremely wrong! They can be extreme in any way, so this is a perfect opportunity to bring along that RIS that can be used to fuel jets, the NEIPA that is just slightly damp pellet hops or that infection that has gone all ropey and smells like sick!
Most of the meeting will be given over to trying beers, so feel free to bring along something to share. Please bring along at least 2 litres, and have some basic notes handy. It is helpful if you notify us in advance, on our forum, or by sending an email to admin@londonamateurbrewers.co.uk as time may still be limited.
If you have any news items that you’d like to talk about, bring them to the group. Similarly, if you have a brewing question for the Q&A section that you’d like to be answered by the group bring it along and we’ll discuss it.
