In October 2024 we’ll be holding an Oktoberfest event To help prepare and inspire everyone, Joe gave a presentation on the main Oktoberfest styles of Märzen and Festbier.
In our February meeting Peter Symons gave us an overview of the London Brown Ale style in preparation for our annual club competition in May.
At Novembers’ online meeting Darren Oakley and Rob Gallagher gave us an overview of the Märzen and Munich Dunkel styles in preparation for a themed meeting (featuring these styles) in March 2023.
This month (July 2022), Luke Russel gave us an overview of the Bière de Garde style of beer.
This month (June 2022) Lee Immins and James Wilson gave us an overview of the Weizenbier (German wheat beer) styles in preparation for a themed meeting in August.
