American Cream Ale

In our December 2025 online meeting, we had a discussion about brewing an American Cream Ale led by Rick Farr. This is in advance of a mini in-person competition of your cream ale attempt at our April 2025 meeting.

Brewing With Rye

For our October 2024 online meeting Craig Agnor gave us an introduction to brewing with Rye. This is in preparation for next years Hayesenbrau competition (which will be rye beers).

Märzen And Munich Dunkel

At Novembers’ online meeting Darren Oakley and Rob Gallagher gave us an overview of the Märzen and Munich Dunkel styles in preparation for a themed meeting (featuring these styles) in March 2023.

Weizenbier

This month (June 2022) Lee Immins and James Wilson gave us an overview of the Weizenbier (German wheat beer) styles in preparation for a themed meeting in August.
